About Us. The section moved to its current location in late 1997 and is located in the GHA's Head Office at 17 Johnstone's Passage. We are responsible for the recruitment of staff, at all levels, for the GHA. Since its re-location to Johnstone's Passage the section has recruited all grades of healthcare workers. We have a mixture of nationalities and are increasingly attracting more foreign nationals to work in Gibraltar. Although we are aware of the current recruitment crisis in the NHS, in respect of Nursing Grades, we are fortunate in that we do not have this problem.	HOME

When advertising for RGNs or Midwives we always attract a great number of applicants meaning that vacancies are filled immediately. Once settled in Gibraltar most of these officers tend to adapt very quickly to the local working environment, culture and way of life. We have noticed that on the whole officers are eager to have their contracts extended and make Gibraltar their home.
